US Signal School, Ft. Monmouth, NJ

The US Army Signal School at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, was established in 1919, quickly becoming the principal training and development center for Army communications and signal operations. Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, the 324th DPU participated in numerous NATO exercises and provided support during several international crises involving suspected chemical threats. Today, the unit remains at the forefront of CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) defense, maintaining readiness to deploy worldwide on short notice.
