The 69th General Support Group (GSG) was a U.S. Army logistics unit activated during the Vietnam War era to provide comprehensive support to combat and combat support units. The 7th Army was a United States Army formation which saw action during World War II and the Cold War. It was initially activated in 1918 as part of the American Expeditionary Forces but was reactivated in 1944 to support the Allied invasion of Normandy.
