Samuel Vaughn

The Readiness Management Group (RMG) is a unit within the United States Air Force Reserve Command, established to provide centralized management and oversight for Individual Reservists (IRs) assigned to active-duty organizations. Formed in 1997, the RMG assumed responsibility for ensuring IRs are trained, equipped, and ready to support Air Force missions worldwide.
