CINCPACFLT Pearl Harbor

The Commander in Chief, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CINCPACFLT), headquartered at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, has served as the principal naval force in the Pacific Ocean since its establishment in 1941. CINCPACFLT played a pivotal role during World War II, leading U.S. naval operations across the Pacific theater, including the critical battles of Midway, Coral Sea, and Leyte Gulf.
