2nd MLG

The 2nd Marine Logistics Group (2nd MLG) is a major logistics unit of the United States Marine Corps based at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Established in 1947 as the 2nd Combat Service Group, the unit has provided critical combat service support to the II Marine Expeditionary Force in numerous operations, including the Gulf War, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
