USCG ELD#03

**USCG ELD#03** is a United States Coast Guard Electronic Law Enforcement Detachment established in 2005 to enhance maritime security and counter-narcotics operations. Based out of Miami, Florida, ELD#03 specializes in advanced electronic surveillance, intelligence gathering, and cyber-defense in support of Coast Guard missions across the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific.
