USCG Coos Bay, Oregon, is a United States Coast Guard unit with a longstanding presence on the southern Oregon coast. Established in 1915, the station has played a critical role in maritime safety, search and rescue operations, and law enforcement in the challenging waters near the entrance to Coos Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
