MILPHAP TEAM 19

MILPHAP (Military Provincial Health Assistance Program) Team 19 was a United States Army medical unit deployed to Vietnam during the Vietnam War as part of the broader effort to provide medical assistance and civic action in support of U.S. counterinsurgency objectives. Activated in the late 1960s, MILPHAP Team 19 was assigned to work alongside South Vietnamese medical personnel, delivering essential healthcare services to rural populations and helping to improve public health infrastructure.
