**HQ USACAM Mannheim, Germany** (United States Army Community Activity Mannheim) served as a key administrative and logistical headquarters for U.S. Army operations in the Mannheim area during the Cold War and into the post-Cold War period. Established to support American military personnel, their families, and associated units, HQ USACAM managed base operations, facilities, and community services across several installations in the region.
