The Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), Presidio of Monterey, California, serves as the command and administrative element for the U.S. Army units stationed at the Presidio, most notably supporting the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). Established to provide leadership, logistical, and personnel support, HHC ensures the readiness and welfare of soldiers assigned to the installation.
