Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 110th Infantry Regiment (HHC 1-110 IN), is a unit with a proud lineage within the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. The 110th Infantry traces its origins to the Civil War, serving with distinction in numerous campaigns and later reorganizing through World War I and World War II, where it participated in major operations in Europe. Throughout the 20th and 21st centuries, the battalion and its headquarters element have supported both federal mobilizations and state emergency missions. Today, HHC 1-110 IN continues its tradition of service, providing command and control for battalion operations and supporting both domestic and overseas missions.
