HHC 1:18 inf 2nd BRIGADE 1ST ID

Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment (HHC 1/18 INF) is a storied unit within the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division ("The Big Red One"). The 18th Infantry traces its lineage back to the Civil War, participating in major campaigns throughout American history, including World Wars I and II, Vietnam, and operations in the Middle East. As the headquarters element, HHC provides command and control, logistical, and administrative support to the battalion, enabling its subordinate companies to accomplish their missions.
