C Company 193rd Airborne 5th Infantry Division Ft Kobie Canal Zone Panama

C Company, 193rd Infantry, was part of the 5th Infantry Division and stationed at Fort Kobbe in the Panama Canal Zone during the Cold War era. The unit played a key role in safeguarding U.S. interests in the strategically vital Panama Canal, conducting jungle warfare training and regional security operations. As an airborne-qualified company, it maintained a high level of readiness for rapid deployment throughout Central and South America.
