Battery C 2nd TAB 26th Artillery

Battery C, 2nd Target Acquisition Battalion, 26th Artillery (commonly referred to as Battery C, 2nd TAB, 26th Artillery), was a specialized unit within the U.S. Army tasked with locating enemy artillery through radar and sound-ranging technologies. Activated during the Cold War era, the battalion played a key role in providing counter-battery intelligence and support to field artillery units, particularly in Europe as part of NATO defense strategies.
