91st Evacuation Hospital

The 91st Evacuation Hospital was activated during World War II and served as a mobile medical unit supporting U.S. Army operations in the European Theater. Deployed to England in 1944, the unit landed in France shortly after D-Day and followed the advancing Allied forces across France, Belgium, and into Germany. The hospital provided critical surgical and medical care close to the front lines, treating thousands of wounded soldiers throughout the campaign.
