The 807th Medical Deployment Support Command (807th MDSC) is a United States Army Reserve unit headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Established in 2008, the 807th MDSC traces its lineage to earlier medical units and provides command and control for Army Reserve medical units across the western United States. Its mission is to deploy medical forces in support of Army operations worldwide, delivering comprehensive health service support during both peacetime and conflict.
