503rd MP Battalion

The 503rd Military Police Battalion was first constituted on 21 July 1942 in the Army of the United States and activated at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Throughout World War II, the battalion provided crucial military police support in the European Theater, including participation in the Rhineland and Central Europe campaigns.
