4BN 9IN, 4th SBCT

The 4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment (4BN 9IN), known as "Manchu," is a distinguished unit with origins dating back to the 19th century. Assigned to the 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team (4th SBCT), the battalion has seen action in numerous major conflicts, including the Philippine-American War, World War II, Vietnam, and the Global War on Terrorism.
