The 41st Area Support Group (41st ASG) was a United States Army logistics unit activated in the early 1990s, headquartered in Japan. Its primary mission was to provide comprehensive logistical and sustainment support—including supply, maintenance, transportation, and services—to U.S. Army forces stationed throughout the Pacific region. The 41st ASG played a key role in supporting joint and combined exercises, as well as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations across Asia. In the mid-2000s, the 41st ASG was reorganized and redesignated as the 10th Support Group under the Army’s transformation initiatives.
