4:159th Aviation Brigade

The 4th Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment (4-159th Aviation), is a unit within the U.S. Army Aviation Branch, primarily operating CH-47 Chinook helicopters. Activated in the late 1980s, the battalion has provided heavy-lift aviation support for a variety of missions, including combat, humanitarian, and logistical operations.
