3rd Battalion 41st FA 24th ID

The 3rd Battalion, 41st Field Artillery (3-41 FA), served as a key artillery unit within the 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized) of the United States Army. Originally constituted in the early 20th century, the 41st Field Artillery Regiment provided vital fire support in several major conflicts, including World War II, where it supported infantry operations across the European Theater.
