The 377th Transportation Company was constituted on 29 November 1944 and activated in France during World War II, providing critical logistical support to Allied forces across the European Theater. After the war, the unit was inactivated and later reactivated in the Army Reserve, adapting to evolving transportation and logistical challenges during the Cold War. Over the decades, the 377th has participated in numerous training exercises and supported operations both stateside and overseas, including deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Today, the 377th Transportation Company continues to provide essential motor transport and logistical support for U.S. Army missions worldwide.
