The Combat Support Company (CSC), 2nd Battalion, 32nd Armor (2-32 Armor), is an integral component of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division (“3/1 ABCT”), also known as the “Bulldog Brigade.” The 2-32 Armor’s lineage dates back to World War II, when it participated in campaigns across Europe, including Normandy and the Rhineland. Over the decades, the battalion and its subordinate companies have served with distinction in major conflicts such as Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. The CSC provides critical support functions—such as reconnaissance, mortar fire, and anti-armor capabilities—ensuring the brigade’s maneuver units maintain operational effectiveness on the modern battlefield.
