The 2nd Field Force was a United States Army division that operated during the Vietnam War. It was formed in 1966 and was responsible for conducting combat operations in the II Corps Tactical Zone in South Vietnam. The division was comprised of infantry, artillery, and support units, and played a key role in several major battles and campaigns during the war. The 2nd Field Force was deactivated in 1971 following the withdrawal of American troops from Vietnam.
