Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington, is part of a storied unit whose lineage dates back to the War of 1812. Throughout its history, the 2nd Battalion has seen action in major conflicts including the Civil War, World Wars I and II, and the Vietnam War, earning numerous campaign streamers and unit citations. In more recent decades, Bravo Company has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, demonstrating versatility in combat and peacekeeping operations.
