293rd MP Co

The 293rd Military Police Company (293rd MP Co) was first constituted on 2 June 1943 in the Army of the United States and activated at Fort Custer, Michigan. During World War II, the unit served with distinction in the European Theater, providing critical law enforcement and security operations. Over the decades, the 293rd has deployed in support of numerous missions, including operations in Panama, Iraq, and Afghanistan, where its soldiers conducted route security, area patrols, and detainee operations.
