264th Transportation Battalion

The 264th Transportation Battalion was constituted in the United States Army Reserve on 14 March 1949 and activated in Savannah, Georgia. Throughout its history, the battalion has provided critical logistical and transportation support, ensuring the rapid movement of troops, equipment, and supplies. The unit has participated in numerous training exercises and supported both stateside and overseas operations, including mobilizations during contingency operations and national emergencies.
