The 259th Engineer Company (259th ENG Co) is a U.S. Army engineer unit with a history of providing crucial combat engineering support. Activated during World War II, the company played a vital role in constructing bridges, clearing obstacles, and supporting mobility operations for advancing Allied forces. Over the decades, the 259th has participated in numerous training exercises and deployments, both domestically and overseas, including missions in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Renowned for its expertise in horizontal construction and engineering tasks, the 259th Engineer Company continues to uphold a proud tradition of service and technical excellence within the U.S. Army Engineer Regiment.
