The 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines (2/25) is a reserve infantry battalion of the United States Marine Corps, headquartered in Garden City, New York. Activated during World War II, 2/25 fought in major Pacific campaigns, including the battles of Saipan, Tinian, and Iwo Jima.
