The 190th Assault Helicopter Company was an aviation unit of the United States Army established during the Vietnam War. Activated in 1966, the company was equipped primarily with UH-1 "Huey" helicopters and provided critical air mobility, troop transport, and logistical support to ground forces. The 190th participated in numerous combat operations across South Vietnam, supporting both U.S. and allied forces and earning several commendations for valor and effectiveness in high-risk missions. The unit was eventually deactivated after the end of its Vietnam service, leaving behind a legacy of bravery and dedication under fire.
