188th Ordnance

The 188th Ordnance Battalion was constituted during World War II, originally activated on 1 June 1942 at Camp Sutton, North Carolina. The battalion provided crucial ordnance maintenance and supply support, serving in both the European and Pacific Theaters throughout the war.
