The 148th Military Police Company is a distinguished unit of the United States Army National Guard, with roots tracing back to its original activation in Ohio. Throughout its history, the 148th has provided vital law enforcement, security, and support operations both domestically and abroad. Notably, the unit has been mobilized for federal service in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, where it conducted detainee operations, convoy security, and base defense. In addition to overseas deployments, the 148th Military Police has played key roles in disaster response and civil support missions within the United States, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to both state and national missions.
