The 122nd Theater Sustainment Command (122nd TSC) is a United States Army Reserve unit responsible for providing logistics and sustainment support to Army operations within its assigned theater. Activated in the late 20th century, the 122nd TSC has played a key role in supporting contingency operations, exercises, and deployments worldwide, ensuring the delivery of essential supplies, transportation, and services to combat and support forces. The unit has participated in major missions such as Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, where its expertise in theater-level logistics was critical to mission success. Today, the 122nd TSC continues to serve as a vital component of the Army’s sustainment structure, maintaining readiness to support both domestic and overseas operations.
