• Origin and Mission: The Joint Casualty Resolution Center (JCRC) was established in 1973 during the final days of the Vietnam War, with the primary mission of locating and recovering missing American military personnel in Southeast Asia. • Location: The JCRC was headquartered at Camp H. M.
