U.S. Air Force Military Retiree (1959 - 1979)
I enlisted in 1959. Served as a Radio Relay equipment repairman. My first assignment after tech school was the 2875 GEEIA Squadron in Japan. IAfter a brief seperation I rejoined an was assigned to tSouth Ruislip, England and served three tears at the Radio Relay site at RAF Hillingdon. In 1965 was selected into AECP and went to FSU. Upon graduation was commissioned (OTS) in 1967. Went to AFIT graduate school. Upon graduating was assigned to HQ AF/SA whereI served 4 years interrupted by 1 year tour in Vietnam at HQ 7th AF DCS/OA. In 1974 I was assigned to SHAPE in the Plans and Policy Division. In 1974 I was assigned to the WSEP at Eglin. In 1979 I was selected for promotion by declined to retire and attend Seminary.
