The 7366 Combat Support Group was a United States Air Force unit activated during the Cold War to provide essential support to forward-deployed air operations in Europe. Stationed primarily at Rhein-Main Air Base, Germany, the group’s mission included base security, logistics, communications, and engineering services, ensuring sustained air mobility and operational readiness for USAF and allied forces.
