The 461st Air Control Wing is a United States Air Force unit responsible for operating and maintaining the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS). This system provides command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance support to combatant commanders around the world. The 461st ACW is based at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia and consists of multiple squadrons and support units. The wing plays a critical role in enabling the Air Force to conduct global operations and ensure the security of the nation.
