The 432nd USAF Hospital was an integral medical unit assigned to the 432nd Tactical Reconnaissance Wing at Udorn Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand, during the Vietnam War. Activated in the 1960s, the hospital provided critical medical support, emergency care, and aeromedical evacuation for U.S. Air Force personnel stationed at the base and those involved in air operations over Southeast Asia. Its staff treated combat casualties, managed disease control, and worked closely with allied medical teams in the region. The 432nd USAF Hospital played a key role in maintaining the operational effectiveness and morale of American forces until the wing’s inactivation in 1975.
