The 4300th Support Squadron was an Air Force unit activated to provide vital logistical and administrative support to emerging aerospace operations during the Cold War. Stationed at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, the squadron played a key role in supporting the USAF's early drone and missile testing programs, including high-profile projects like the development and evaluation of the Ryan Firebee target drone.
