39th OS

The 39th Operations Squadron (39th OS) is a United States Air Force unit stationed at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Originally activated as part of the 39th Wing, the squadron's primary mission is to provide command and control support and operational readiness for U.S. and NATO missions in the region. Over its history, the 39th OS has played a critical role in contingency operations, including Operation Northern Watch and Operation Inherent Resolve. The unit continues to support force protection, air mobility, and multinational coordination in one of the most strategically significant regions for U.S. and allied interests.
