The 377th Combat Support Group Dispensary was a medical unit assigned to the 377th Combat Support Group, which operated primarily at Tan Son Nhut Air Base, Republic of Vietnam, during the Vietnam War. Established to provide medical and dental care to U.S. Air Force personnel and other allied forces, the dispensary played a crucial role in supporting base operations from 1966 to 1972. Its staff handled routine medical services, emergency treatment, and support during enemy attacks, ensuring the health and readiness of thousands of service members. The dispensary was inactivated following the drawdown of American forces and the eventual closure of U.S. operations at Tan Son Nhut.
