152 Airlift Wing

The 152nd Airlift Wing is a unit of the Nevada Air National Guard, stationed at Reno Air National Guard Base, Nevada. Originally established in 1958 as the 152nd Fighter-Interceptor Group, the unit transitioned to an airlift mission in the late 1960s, flying the C-130 Hercules aircraft. Over the decades, the 152nd Airlift Wing has participated in numerous domestic and international operations, including disaster relief, humanitarian missions, and overseas deployments in support of U.S. military objectives.
