The 14th Flying Training Wing is a unit of the United States Air Force based at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi. It is responsible for conducting specialized undergraduate pilot training for the Air Force, as well as for several allied nations. The wing operates a fleet of T-6 Texan II, T-38 Talon, and T-1 Jayhawk aircraft for training purposes. In addition to pilot training, the 14th Flying Training Wing also provides combat systems officer training and navigator training.
