Brief story: My home birth is Laos and currently they call Lao People Democratic Republic (LPDR) one party ruled"Communisms" 1963 - 1965 I was officer candidate Military Academy School in Laos 6th promotion Wat Phou Champassack's Southern of Laos. After, graduation I assigned to the Compay of the Special Guerrilla Units (S.G.U) as Company Counselor. 1966 - 1967 I was assigned as an instructor and Training Camp Director for Special Guerrilla Units Forces (S.G.U.F) Northwesrn of Laos. During Vietnam War I served with Special Guerrilla Units (S.G.U) with United States Army secret services recruited by CIA I assigned in the frontline battlefield foughtt with Communist troops "Viet - Cong" In fact, I observed in a clandestine action along "Ho Chi Min trial, border of North Vietnam and South Vietnam side of Laos line. My main duty was Forward Air. Ground and Forward Air Control (FAG and FAC) to guide U.S B-52 Bomber Air Striked and responsible to protect the electronic mountain radar sites which were to guided US B-52 and US jet fighter Aircraft into North Vietnam. Moreover, rescued down Americans pilots and crews that shut down by North Vietnam anti-aircraft. Rescued Americans Army Personal who were escaped from Vietnam's battlefield and brought them to the safe areas in Laos where medical care are available. Currently, I joined in the United States National Reserved Corps part of the Homeland Security Defense Volunteer Units served with the Federal Emergency Managements Agency (FEMA) Programs helping local Citizens during the disaster where services needed.
