Most Notable: Changed WWII History with my successful 1998-2000 Campaign to Vindicate the Scapegoated 1941 Pearl Harbor Commanders, Adm. Husband Kimmel and Gen. Walter Short, by which I generated 3 successive votes in Congress under 1948 legislation vindicating the Commanders, after recruiting my neighbor / friend then-US Senator Joe Biden to "run point" for me on Capitol Hill in that campaign. That Campaign earned our profession's / industry's highest earned honor, the Silver Anvil for Public Affairs in 2000. Today, in addition to full-time Entrepreneurial Professional Services firm / work, 50-60hrs/ week, I'm active in Delaware as a Civic, Faith and Business leader since I came here 51 years ago in 1975 as a Political Journalist for the Statewide Delaware News Journal papers. I serve as a volunteer Chaplain / Board Member for two Veterans' groups, the www.DelVets.com Post #1, founded 1948, and the www.WilmingtonMemorialDayParade.com, the nation's oldest continuous Memorial Day remembrance. I've been honored by others several times, notably on field at halftime by the University of Delaware as an "Unsung Hero" serving Delaware veterans, the Saturday before 2025 Veterans' Day celebration, and by www.DreamFlights.org on 2 September 2026 with its Dream Flight program, taking me up from Dover DE for a 45 minute fly-around in a WWII Vintage 2-seat Open Cockpit aircraft.
