Went to Lackland for limited basic, then to Chanute for Tech School, My first assignment was Dover AFB in the Mechanical Accessories shop were I worked on C~133’s and C-124’s. Went to Thule AB for a year before being extended for a year because of Berlin crisis then I finished up at Mt. Home AFB. Worked civil service over 30 years at Hill AFB. After retirement I worked for 2 aerospace companies for 14 years still working with the USAF.
