I’m looking for anyone who served with me. I was in country October 1970- Mid May 1971 1/5 mech - C/1/61. I had not been home long & watched the C-2 Rocket Attack on TV, thinking if I wasn’t granted leave To see my new born son…. I would have been there. I was in North Vietnam all along the DMZ From Khe Sahn, C-2, A-4, Vandergrift. When I returned back to Vietnam I was transferred to 101st airmobile still in North Vietnam. 2nd Battalion Charlie company, 501st infantry. Just anyone all I have are nick names. Haunce, Stanley was our driver and I drove too, Count, Sgt Grabber and Sgt Scheffer
