About 93rd Civil Engineering Squadron

The 93rd Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) was an integral support unit assigned to the 93rd Bombardment Wing at Castle Air Force Base, California. Activated during the height of the Cold War, the squadron provided critical engineering, construction, and base maintenance services to ensure the operational readiness of the wing’s B-52 Stratofortress bombers.
