The 304th Military Police Battalion (304th MP BN) was originally constituted on 18 June 1942 in the Army of the United States and activated at Camp Swift, Texas. During World War II, the battalion provided critical military police support in the European Theater, ensuring order and discipline among U.S. forces and handling prisoners of war. After the war, the unit underwent several inactivations and reactivations, reflecting the changing needs of the U.S. Army. Today, the 304th MP BN continues to serve as a key element in the Army Reserve, providing law enforcement, detainee operations, and support to military operations both at home and abroad.
Fort Sill, Ok

Fort Sill, located in southwest Oklahoma, was established in 1869 during the Indian Wars to protect settlers and serve as a base for military campaigns against the Southern Plains tribes. Named after Brigadier General Joshua W. Sill, the fort played a pivotal role in the settlement of the American West and later became home to legendary figures like Geronimo and Buffalo Soldier regiments. In the 20th century, Fort Sill evolved into the premier training center for the U.S. Army’s Field Artillery branch, earning the moniker "Home of the Field Artillery." Today, it continues to serve as a vital training and operational hub, supporting both Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery missions for the U.S. Army.
344th MP Co

The 344th Military Police Company (344th MP Co) has a distinguished history of service within the United States Army Reserve. Activated during World War II, the unit initially provided security, law enforcement, and prisoner of war operations in the European Theater. Over subsequent decades, the 344th MP Co has supported various missions, including deployments to the Balkans, Southwest Asia, and in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The unit continues to maintain readiness for both domestic and overseas missions, upholding the Military Police Corps’ motto, "Assist, Protect, Defend."

The 103rd Airlift Wing, based at Bradley Air National Guard Base in Connecticut, traces its origins to 1923 as the 118th Observation Squadron, one of the original National Guard aviation units. Over the decades, the unit has undergone several redesignations and mission changes, supporting missions ranging from observation and fighter operations to airlift. In 2008, the wing transitioned to its current airlift mission, operating the C-130H Hercules aircraft to provide tactical airlift capabilities in support of U.S. and allied operations worldwide. The 103rd Airlift Wing has participated in numerous domestic and overseas missions, including humanitarian relief, disaster response, and combat support operations, reflecting a proud legacy of adaptability and service.
