The 82nd Airborne Division is a specialized infantry division of the United States Army. It is known for its rapid deployment capability and ability to conduct airborne operations. The Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), 82nd Aviation Brigade, was established to provide command and control, administrative support, and operational planning for the brigade's aviation assets. The unit played a critical role in integrating rotary-wing and fixed-wing aviation operations within the 82nd Airborne Division, enhancing air mobility and support capabilities.
